Ugh.

I hate dieting, but alas, theres weight to lose (40 pounds, but who's counting?). Take a gander at my new blog Project Re-Vamp if you so desire and leave me all your tips and tricks to how you got your rockin' bod. I'd especially love to hear how the pounds melt off while you continue eating all the delicious things you love, but if that can't happen, I'll take all the others to. Thanks Y'all, I'm about to get crabby!

If you find something that works great fill me in. LOL I don't want it now as I'm enjoying every bite of food I eat but come April I'm SOOOO going to need it! Good Luck, but you always look great! :0)

I walk every day. Rain, snow, sleet or hail. About 30 minutes at a fast clip. And for food... eat everything. Just simply watch portion sizes for main stuff and desserts too. Only one cookie! I've lost 20 lbs since our last baby and have kept it off this way.

Awww, nuts....I was hoping I could live on chocolate and french fries with an occasional peppermint mocha thrown in there, but I suppose that's not the best way to lose weight...;-) I agree with the portion control & exercise...that works much better from what I've seen than any drastic diet or cutting out certain food groups...good luck and happy weight melting!;-)
